Standard shipping typically takes 4-7 business days within the US, while expedited shipping options can arrive in 2-3 business days. International shipping times vary based on the destination country and can take up to 21 business days (coming soon/ not available yet).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order through the carrier's website.

  • Where is my order?
    During high-volume times like album releases, please bare with us while we do our best to get you your order as fast as we can. we start shipping the day it arrived from the manufacturer and have our team working overtime until every last package is sent out. If you've ordered multiples items - They may ship separately and typically show up within a few days of one another.  If you’ve ordered something autographed - Please keep in mind that FaithyJ has to personally autograph those orders so it may take a little longer based on product lead time and her crazy schedule. Our Specialty items can take a bit longer than standard items as they are typically made order. If you haven’t heard from us about your order in a couple weeks you can send an email to contact@faithyj.com. We fulfill all orders in the order they come in. In some cases, a premium rush fee can be requested on a case-by-case basis. When placing your order,, we suggest selecting USPS Priority shipping first. To request a rush order for a fee, on items that are available in stock, send us an email with your order information and we'll do our best to accommodate you
  • Can I return or exchange any items?
    Because some of our items (autograghed, personal care, clothing items, etc.) are made when they are ordered, therefore, we treat everything as a final sale. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll do our best to fix it - just email us at contact@faithyj.com
