During high-volume times like album releases, please bare with us while we do our best to get you your order as fast as we can. we start shipping the day it arrived from the manufacturer and have our team working overtime until every last package is sent out. If you've ordered multiples items - They may ship separately and typically show up within a few days of one another. If you’ve ordered something autographed - Please keep in mind that FaithyJ has to personally autograph those orders so it may take a little longer based on product lead time and her crazy schedule. Our Specialty items can take a bit longer than standard items as they are typically made order. If you haven’t heard from us about your order in a couple weeks you can send an email to contact@faithyj.com. We fulfill all orders in the order they come in. In some cases, a premium rush fee can be requested on a case-by-case basis. When placing your order,, we suggest selecting USPS Priority shipping first.
